I am learning a lot about the expected roles a principal has through this course. We wear many hats as educators, but as an administrator and instructional leader we wear even more. We have to learn to train our reactions and think differently to act more efficiently.
As far as my ARP is concerned, I am half way through it as we are completing our MOY assessments in Kindergarten. I am excited to be able to compare BOY and MOY data once it is available. I'll keep you all posted! :)
